Our friends are still at California University, well the ones that count. Brandon's hair is still permanently glued in place on his head. Steve is still making trouble where ever he goes, especially with the ladies. Dylan is still squandering away his dead dad's money. Kelly's love life is still as hectic as always. Andrea, well continues to go crazy. David and Donna, well that is still rocky. Oh, and we finally get rid of Brenda who decides to study abroad in Europe, but weirdly enough never comes back. Most importantly, we meet Valerie Malone, an old family friend who decides to move to the zip to stir things up, but little does the gang know that Valerie isn't just some innocent girl from Buffalo.
